What do we do?
The American Legion Riders, affectionately known only as the Riders, is a group of motorcycle enthusiasts within the American Legion who share the mission of the American Legion.
Since 2006, Riders have participated in the Legion Legacy Run to raise money for the Legacy Scholarship fund, established to provide scholarships to the children of fallen military men and women killed since September 11, 2001. Chapter 218 Riders contribute nearly $5,000 a year to the Legacy fund, primarily from our annual Big Fig poker run held on the first weekend of June each year.

A current member in good standing of the American Legion, Auxiliary, or Sons of the American Legion
The registered owner or spouse of the registered owner of a street-legal and licensed motorcycle, 350 cc or larger
Properly licensed with a motorcycle endorsement and Insured according to Missouri law
